The HMB Holiday Market is a vibrant, collaborative event where aspiring kids sell their handmade creations alongside established local vendors from the Coast. Run by volunteers + sponsored by the Sunshine Coast Credit Union.

THE 3RD ANNUAL HMB

HOLIDAY MARKET & KIDS CRAFT FAIR

The HMB Holiday Market and Kids Craft Fair embraces and encourages the creative entrepreneurial spirit of all ages. We love and support the unique roadstands and home-based businesses scattered throughout our rural community. We encourage kidpreneurs to learn about business basics, responsibility and how to take their ideas to build, create and sell. We aim to create a feeling of community and connection with the creative people and kids of Halfmoon Bay.

Come celebrate creativity, community, and the holiday spirit at the 2024 Halfmoon Bay Holiday Market and Kids Craft Fair!

THANK YOU PARENTS, KIDS, ARTISANS AND OUR COMMUNITY FOR MAKING OUR MARKETS A HUGE SUCCESS

HELPING HANDS:

Huge Thanks to our main sponsor – the Sunshine Coast Credit Union for supporting our kids with “Kidpreneur Cash” each year!

We are extremely grateful to the local businesses for their generous donations and support of the 2024 market. Your contributions have made this event possible for our community and the kids:

We need your help! In Kind Sponsorship / Gift Baskets: We’re reaching out to our wonderful community to contribute items or gift cards for our themed gift basket contest! We’re assembling these baskets by combining generous donations, aiming for each one to be valued at approximately $50. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference! Each basket will include a detailed list of its contents along with the names of the businesses that donated. All in-kind sponsors will be recognized at the event, receive a shout-out on our social media channels, and have their logos featured on our website.

The market is a not-for-profit, free family event for our community and run entirely by volunteers. 100% of all gift basket proceeds go back into the HMB/Chatelech Community School Association to benefit the kids at Halfmoon Bay Elementary School.
